Installation

  1. Attach the pieces together by screwing them in. Make sure the flexible piece is on the top part of the mount.
  2. Attach the end of the power cable to the top of the floor stand using a piece of tape.
  3. Gently slide the Safety Sleeve down from the top of the stand to the bottom.

Installation

Is the Floor Stand easy to transport or store?

Yes. The Floor Stand can be disassembled for easier storage or transport, making it convenient if you move it between rooms or need to pack it away. However, many parents prefer the Flexi-Mount as their go-to camera mount for mobility and travel, as it’s easier to carry.
Can I adjust the Floor Stand’s height?

Yes! The Floor Stand’s height is adjustable based on the number of vertical poles used in assembly. You can use as many or as few poles as you need, allowing you to position the camera at the right level for cots, bassinets, or play areas.
Should I get the Floor Stand for my Tweetycam? What is it best for?

The Floor Stand is ideal for creating a safe, overhead view of your baby without drilling into walls. It’s commonly used for cot sleepers and nurseries, but also works well for toddlers’ rooms and play areas. It’s best for Tweetycam setups that prioritise a consistent and safe overhead view.

But if your Tweetycam setup needs to be more flexible or mobile, we recommend using the Flexi-Mount for that. Many parents use both the Flexi-Mount and Floor Stand!
Can I see the whole cot view with the Floor Stand?

Yes! When positioned correctly, the Floor Stand provides a clear bird’s-eye view of the entire cot, helping you see more of your baby’s sleep space at a glance. It also keeps camera cords out of the baby’s reach with our Safety Sleeve, making the Floor Stand perfect for cot sleepers.
How far away should I place the Floor Stand from the cot?

Place the Floor Stand close enough and high enough to get a clear overhead view. Move it as close to your cot as you need to, as long as you’ve set it up correctly with its Safety Sleeve, and adjust the height and angle until the whole sleep space is visible. The Safety Sleeve conceals your camera’s cord, keeping it inaccessible to your baby.
